Combining mindfulness practices and mussar (ethical development) study, Tikkun Middot cohorts come together on a monthly basis to explore a variety of ethical character traits in order to promote a greater sense of compassion, respect and holiness within individuals and the community.
A new Tikkun Middot session is beginning in October 2018. During this 10-week session participants will explore such topics as humility, patience, trust and more. Participants should be able attend to all (or a large majority) of the classes, be willing to being paired with a chevruta partner (study partner) for the duration of the class and be open to exploring practices in between each session. Space for this program is limited. If you have any questions, contact Stacy Jespersen at[email protected].
