Yoga at the Jewish Mindfulness Center
Yoga is a wonderful way to explore embodied spirituality. These classes frame traditional yoga poses with Jewish wisdom drawn from Musar (ethical teachings), liturgy, and rituals. The Jewish Mindfulness Center of St. Louis offers various yoga classes throughout the year. Check this page for our upcoming classes!

This first session of Yoga at Home is open to men and women of all ages and is appropriate for all levels including beginner.
