Hineini, Here I Am – The Power of Centering

Tuesday evenings, June 18 and 25, July 2 and 9

7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Embodied yoga practice helps us to slow down and feel rooted in the present moment. The phrase, Hineini, “Here I am”, which was spoken numerous times by our Biblical ancestors, also reminds us to pause and center ourselves in the present so that we might open more fully to what is sacred in our lives.  This all-levels class, taught by Ellie DesPrez, RYT-200, combines gentle flow with centering poses to bring us a sense of calm, presence, and ease.
